Share What You Love Blog Hop

Welcome to the Alaska Achievers Blog Hop for May!  You may just be starting the blog hop here at my blog (Chris Slogar) or may have come from the person previous to me in the list. If you get off track at any time, the full lineup below will help you move along from blog to blog so you see all of the projects.

This month we are highlighting projects made with the Share What You Love Suite from the upcoming 2018-2019 Annual Catalog.  I intended to make one card for this blog hop, but in no time, I had three.  Why was this so easy?  It’s because I relied on the gorgeous specialty designer paper!

I love how the colors pop on the crisp white print.  You could use the print with any of the colors, or stick with white…

It really doesn’t get much easier than this one!  I embossed the stitched oval after stamping the greeting, and mounted it on a scalloped Whisper White oval.

This one is just a fun mix of patterns and colors.  The flowers on the So Saffron strip of designer paper have a pearl coating over them, and the doily is also pearlized.

This is a really simple fun fold.  The card base is two pieces of Rich Razzleberry, 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ and 2 3/4″ x 8 1/2″, scored at 4 1/4″.  Those pieces are put together first.

On the inside, I have added a 3″ x 4″ piece of designer paper, which overlaps the top of the folded base piece.  I have also added a 2″ x 4″ piece of Whisper White.  The designer paper piece on the front of the folded base piece measures 2 1/2″ x 4″.  This is very similar to a card I posted previously (shown below).

This one uses the same card base dimensions, but it is made in the opposite orientation.  Click here for more details on this card.

We are showcasing these particular products from the upcoming 2018-2019 Annual Catalog because they are available to customers now in special release bundles as shown below.  Note that the new In Color ink pads are also available to customers now.
