If you like layers, you are in for a treat. You just need to keep adding and adding to mimic this sketch.
I didn’t want to lose too much of the background pattern, so I used a layer of vellum over the designer paper. Then I added some texture with the Corrugated Paper, and a little more color with the striped strip. The greeting is from “Big News”.
Both of the designer papers are from the It’s My Party stack offered in this year’s Occasions Catalog. It is such a versatile stack with it’s bright birthday prints, black and white papers, and subtle Mint Macaron and neutral patterns. The twine is from the same suite.
