Welcome to the Alaska Achievers Blog Hop for June! You may just be starting the blog hop here at my blog (Chris Slogar) or may have come from the person previous to me in the list. If you get off track at any time, the full lineup below will help you move along from blog to blog so you see all of the projects.
This month we are highlighting projects made with the new 2018-2019 Annual Catalog. I am using my favorite new suite, Garden Impressions, with a very simple layout.
This diagonal cut card looks great with any coordinating papers, in any theme! I have been making it over and over with our coordinating papers. For this card, I used Blueberry Bushel cardstock with two designer paper collections, Garden Impressions and the 2018-2020 In Color patterns. The stamps are from “Abstract Impressions”.
The upper triangle flips up.
The lower triangle flips to the right. To make the base, score an 8 1/2″ x 11″ piece of cardstock in half both ways. Then cut the cardstock on the diagonal. The designer paper pieces measure 4″ x 5 1/4″, cut in half diagonally. The Whisper White measures 4″ x 5 1/4″.
These are fun to make! They are quick, and they look great with any coordinating papers. Try it with your favorite papers and stamp sets.
Need a new catalog? If you live in the US, and you don’t already have a Demonstrator, please email me at stampyourworld@gmail.com. I would be happy to send you one!
Thanks so much for taking part in our blog hop today! Remember that currently you are at my blog – Chris Slogar – so check the blog hop line up list to see who is next, and enjoy!
