Even a rainy-day card can be so cheerful with our pretty papers and colors! I used the Pleased as Punch designer paper for my background and umbrella, and then I colored the flowers and boots with my Stampin’ Blends.
There is a coordinating punch for the umbrella pieces, and I fussy-cut the flower pieces. The greetings in the set are very sweet, but I made my second layout with a birthday greeting from “Timeless Tulips”.
