I am a little behind in getting my Facebook Live projects posted here (these are from last month!), but I definitely don’t want to overlook this little gem. I love an easy gift card holder this time of year!
I made it in two different color schemes, using the North Pole Sacks as my base. Each sack is scored 2 1/4″ from the bottom edge. The bottom is turned up to make a pocket for the gift card, and the belly band (1 1/2″ x 9″) holds the sides together. So easy, and also easy to decorate when you use a punch bundle as I have here – mine use our Handmade Wishes bundle.
The insert card is a piece of Basic White, 3 1/4″ x 3 3/4″, mounted on cardstock, 3 1/2″ x 4″.
I also shared this 8″ square design for a shadowbox frame. I CASEd this project from a teammate, Debbie D’Aurelio, who had made a smaller version. Find full details in the video at the end of the post. I took a picture of the framed versions, but the shadows in the shadowbox are distracting!
Check out the Facebook Live video that shows both the gift card holders and shadowboxes here…
