I am using a few of my favorite new things from the 2023-2024 Annual Catalog on this card. The WOW factor is provided by the Patchwork Pieces dies. There are two dies in this fabulous set, and I am using the starburst pattern. We have made starbursts over the years, but this one is easy – and the edges are stitched!
The patchwork pieces all come from the Delightfully Eclectic collection, which is one of our big packs of 48 sheets – 4 each of the beautiful 2-sided patterns shown below.
The Bubble Bath mat on my card measures 3 3/4″ x 5 1/2″. To make placement of the patchwork pieces easier, I made a frame of the same size (outside dimensions) from a piece of Thick Basic White. The opening in my frame measures 3 1/4″ x 5″, leaving a 1/4″ border all around. I used this frame as an overlay on the Bubble Bath, and I placed pieces up to its inner edge.
