Wed.are just recently not good for me as I have Bible study until noon then I take the other women home so I would be too late and now our choir and Bell choir have started so I can’t come at night.I think I’ll wait until next month . Thanks so much!
Found your Brutus and fell in love! I am an Ohio ex-pat – went to Az 32 years ago to get a teaching job after graduating from OSU and met my husband there. He walks with crutches, so can’t really work in snow and ice. We’re moving back, though, when he retires in three years – can’t wait!!! My sister lives in Columbus, and she goes to all the games and loved the Brutus. It’ll be so much fun to follow you now!
Hi Chris, I just found your blog and I have to say, I love it! I just watched your video on the adorable Holiday Home box card you made. It’s one of the best video’s I’ve seen. You took your time explaining everything, and it wasn’t too fast that I couldn’t keep up. I took great notes and that’s because of how well you presented it. I am going to subscribe to your blog.I am also a SU demonstrator and would love to do it full time, but I work part time, so sometimes my days get away from me. Thank you so much for your inspiration! I can’t wait to spend more time on your blog. Happy Thanksgiving!
Hi! I just saw your Christmas home in a box card and you mentioned a Debbie’s card that was similar, but for Thanksgiving. Do you have a link for the card or her blog? Would love to see her take on this. Thanks, Barb
Thank you, and yes, I originally saw her card on our demo site, but I have found it now on her blog and can link her blog entry below. So mine is actually a “take” on her beautiful design – I love her box shape and layout!
There are some things I would like to order from the 6-10 dates but it says you must sign in and when I tried it wouldn’t take my info.Is there anything I can do ?
Wreath framelits (but not bundled with stamps), labels framelits, pansy punch, striped scallop thinlit, something borrowed embellishments, washi sheets, Mother’s Love stamp set, handheld stapler – all pictured with prices on my Tuesday post. Let me know if you can’t see them there. Chris
Chris, the more I look at that card you made for the challenge with the new paper for the birthday cake I really love it. I want to start using only those colours. Thanks for all your help. Cenie
Wowee!! Chris, what a beautiful card and I am so thankful that I was browsing this afternoon and found this card on pinterest. It is so lovely and I am definitely going to have a go at making it. I do thank you for all the tips in making the card and I just love, love, love it to bits. Thank you so much, Jessie Knight x
Watched your video on pinterest of the Christmas box cards with the houses and trees and you show a Stampin Up book of papers where can I get that at, I would really like to order the book of papers. Thanks..
Hi Kim, That video is from last November, and the book of papers that you saw was available in last year’s Holiday Catalog. It is now retired. So sorry I cannot help you with that, Chris
Hi Chris….I am trying to make you “all ye faithful”….and my thinlit for the heart and window is on back order….I really want to start my cards but not knowing the size of the thinlit I was wondering if I could get the size of the papers in white, the brown and the crumb cake…really excited about starting them….thanks so much and have a great day!
The Early Espresso piece is 3″ x 5 1/2″. The window thinlit measures 2 3/4″ x 3 1/2″, but I would allow 3″ x 3 3/4″ of Very Vanilla and Crumb Cake. You also need an extra 3/4″ x 3 1/4″ of Crumb Cake for each full roof (sill) piece. Sorry you have to wait for your thinlits…very frustrating, I know :/ Thanks for your interest! Chris
Miss Chris, Sweet girl, thanks for posting this nifty design (the whole thing is adorable) I am always looking for a new fold/layout for my stampers and they’re going to love this. Thanks so much. Go Bucks!!
hello,
i’m new to your blog.
i am interested in your card in a box (christmas houses and trees)
how can i acquire the houses and the tress ?
thank you,
leonora
Hi leonora,
Thank you for your comment. You are referring to a project I posted in 2014, and I am afraid many of those products (including the houses and trees) are no longer available. Our product offerings change from year to year. You can still create that card type and fill it with other stamped and punched items, or if you have your heart set on the retired products, they can probably be found on ebay. Chris
You HD Ave a card posted in I think later part of 2016 that used a palm tree. The background used an embossing folder of what looked like waves. Could you tell me the name of the embossing folder, please.
Hi Chris, While I am a Michigan Fan, I appreciate your Ohio State card ideas because my husband in a Buckeye Fan. Although it is against everything in me, I have cased many of you card ideas to make my husband birthday cards because I love him. Thank you!
Haha! You must really love him! I’m sorry I don’t have any Michigan cards to offer – and I’m glad I don’t need to make Wolverines!! Buckeyes are pretty easy. Chris
I sent an email with details – basically, look for the section of the long wave that looks like ears and trim in that area. Thank you for your interest! Chris

Instructions clear and easy to follow. And thanks for the extra scraps … I stamped two of my ships too close together necessitating restamping so I could die-cut properly.
