It’s fun to make birthday cards seasonal – especially when you have great seasonal products like the Harvest Hellos bundle. You can punch out pumpkins (and apples) to your heart’s content!
I chose three fall colors – Terracotta Tile, Crushed Curry and Cajun Craze – and used the Buffalo Check stamp to make a background for my pumpkins and leaves. It’s a simple card with a fun mix of colors and patterns, and the greeting is from the Perennial Birthday set.
We made this gift card holder in our team meeting last week using the Let it Snow bundle. It opens as shown below…

I am offering special gifts in September as I make a final push to earn our incentive trip this year. I am close enough to make it, but I need your help! Use Host Code 37DY7Z6X…
with a $35 order to receive a package of Holiday Rhinestones
OR
with a $75 order to receive a Host Set – I will send “Greatest Part of Christmas” unless you email me at stampyourworld@gmail.com to request a different Host Set.
If your order is over $150, please do not use the Host Code. In this case, take your own Stampin’ Rewards, and I will still send the Host Set afterward.
Thanks so much for checking out my project! If you would like to order, please use the carousel below to be directed to a product used today, or click here for the online store. I appreciate your orders!
I made this cute set on Facebook Live last night with the Cup of Christmas bundle and Come To Gather designer paper. I really think “Cup of Christmas” is a misnomer for a set with coffee/tea mugs! To me, these are appropriate any time of year. There are some really great stamps and elements in the bundle that are seasonal, though.
This card folds flat, and it is a great card for your recipient to display!
The dimensions are as follows, and the YouTube video below shows how to construct this card. If you are receiving this post in an email, click here for the video.
Thick Whisper White 4 1/4″ x 11″, scored at 5 1/2″, 6 3/4″, 8 3/4″, 10″
Pretty Peacock 2 3/4″ x 4 3/8″, scored at 2 3/4″, 4″
Striped designer paper 4″ x 3 1/4″
Wood grain designer paper 4″ x 1 3/4″, 4″ x 1″
Gingham designer paper 2 1/2″ x 2 1/2″, 2 1/2″ x 1″
3/4″ Whisper White strip (for greeting)
The favor is a Diaper Fold, made with a 6″ square of designer paper. It is included in the video.

Welcome to the Trip Achievers Blog Hop for September! You may just be starting the blog hop here at my blog (Chris Slogar) or may have come from the person previous to me in the list. If you get off track at any time, the full lineup below will help you move along from blog to blog so you see all of the projects.
For this month’s trip achievers blog hop, our coordinator suggested using “anything you like”. So I have used a lot of things I like. Just a warning, though, there are a few retired products mixed in here.
I have been really busy preparing for craft and vendor shows, so I thought I would share a few of my favorite items today. None of them are new designs, but they look fresh and new thanks to the new seasonal product.
First up, these are Mug Cake Pouches. The designer paper is retired, but look at that great new greeting stamp from “Everything Festive”! Love it!! Click here for video instructions.
Next, these are Lip Smacker purses, also sized to include a gift card. Love them in our Monster Bash Designer Series Paper. Click here for video instructions.
You can’t see the hand sanitizer in this gift, but it is also fall-themed. I used the Come To Gather suite of products here. I am just now realizing that I don’t have a video for this project, but I will add one soon!
This project is CASEd from Kelly Acheson. It is a decorated Acetate Card Box that holds a full-pot pouch of coffee. I used this year’s mug and leaf dies with a retired greeting.
I love to give old projects new life with new products! When you aren’t feeling very creative (or even if you are), find some ideas to recycle!
Thanks so much for taking part in our blog hop! Please use any of the links below to travel to another blog on the list.
“Greatest Part of Christmas” is a Host Set in this year’s Holiday Catalog. It contains nine stamps – each a beautiful greeting for a card front or inside message.
The large greeting I chose for my card makes a great focal point, and it makes an easy card. I simply added a few trees punched with the Pine Tree Punch and a few coordinating trims. This is a card that you could make in quantity with all of the beautiful plaids from the Wrapped in Plaid designer paper collection!
This stamp set is my gift to you this month for an order of $75 or more. Read below…

These pillow boxes are slightly different than traditional pillow boxes because they are squared off and the ends are diamond-shaped. I made some a few weeks ago on Facebook Live with our Monster Bash suite (click here for previous post), but have been wanting to film a Christmas version to put on YouTube.
The video below gives complete instructions to make the pillow box as well as the stand-up version of the pillow box. If you are receiving this post in an email, please click here for the video.

I love our “Harvest Hellos” pumpkin with the colors of the Mosaic Mood designer paper. I think they are great partners for fall! The greeting is from “Gather Together”.
The Terracotta Tile mat measures 3 3/4″ x 5″, and the Whisper White measures 3 5/8″x 4 7/8″. I used two strips of designer paper – 2″ x 4 7/8″ and 1″ x 5″. I have been making this card with a lot of different greetings, adjusting the location of the 1″ strip as necessary for greetings that need more space.

I remade a project from last year with products from this year’s Holiday Catalog. I made these matchbook-style holders for a Merci chocolate on Facebook Live last year, but it was one of many projects that night. (Click here for that video on Facebook.) I was asked about it recently, and it was hard (even for me!!) to find in Facebook. So I made a YouTube video of it this year using products from the Brightly Gleaming suite.

Last night on Facebook Live, I made these two styles of pocket card with products from two different suites. The apple cards use “Harvest Hellos” with the Come To Gather designer series paper.
The gift card holder is made from three pieces – Merry Merlot 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″, Whisper White 3″ x 4 3/4″, and designer paper 4″ x 10 1/2″, scored at 5 1/4″.
The designer paper piece is folded on the score line and cut diagonally from a point 1″ below the top left corner to 1″ above the fold at the lower right corner. The smaller piece is then scored on three sides at 1/2″ to create the smaller pocket. If you would like to see the full procedure, please click here for the Facebook Live video.
In this version, the designer paper measures 4″ x 10″, scored at 5 1/4″ and 9″. The designer paper is simply folded in a z-fold to create a pocket. It is then attached to a 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ piece of Merry Merlot. The Whisper White piece measures 3″ x 4 1/2″.
I made similar cards with the Let It Snow suite.
