Tag a Bag Gift Bags and Mini Muslin Bags

Tag a Bag Gift Bags I have converted the flat Tag a Bag Gift Bags (p 158 Annual Catalog) to standing bags even though they are already cute when flat as shown in the catalog.  The easiest way to use these bags is with the Tag a Bag Accessory Kit.  However, if you want to convert them as shown here, simply trim off the bottom and score on three sides – one inch from each side, and 1 1/2″ from the bottom.  Trim slits as shown and assemble by folding in flaps at bottom.

I colored the bag on the left with Pumpkin Pie ink on my brayer before assembling.  I would also recommend that you stamp before assembling.

Tag a Bag and Mini Muslin I used a shaker frame with chunky glass glitter to make a fun tag.  Since the tag is so big, I didn’t even bother to decorate the bag.  Below are a some Mini Muslin bags shown decorated – the snowflake is stamped with acrylic paint, the trees are daubed with ink from the Garden Green stamp pad through a homemade stencil (a Merry Minis tree punched in a window sheet).
