I have a Christmas Card in a Box to show today. I was inspired by a card by Debbie Mageed that I saw on our Demo site. It uses “Holiday Home” and “Festival of Trees”. These 3D cards are just fun – fun to make and fun to receive!
I heat embossed the houses with white embossing powder on Early Espresso, Blackberry Bliss, and Cherry Cobbler. The white powder really pops on those rich dark colors. The snowflakes are from the Snowflake Card Thinlit Dies. This card folds flat into an A2 envelope for easy mailing.
Receive this card along with an additional unassembled Card in a Box base FREE with your online order of $35 or more (before S/H and tax). You can use the additional base as a pattern to create more of these cards, or simply assemble and decorate as you please. The unassembled base pieces will be Crumb Cake, and please note that the designer paper on the finished box that you receive may vary.

I added a video on 11/14, but will post it here, too, so it is easier to find 🙂 Note that this is no longer the “Featured Project” on my blog, but if you are ordering and you would prefer to receive this, please drop me an email. I will be happy to send one of these with an additional crumb cake base as long as I can (while ribbon and designer paper supply lasts.)
