I used the Joyful Flurry bundle along with a retired sentiment for a seasonal thank you card. This card is definitely appropriate for today’s weather in Ohio! It’s also an appropriate sentiment as I think back over the past year – thank you for your support in 2022!
I made these two fun favors on last week’s Facebook Live. The one on the left holds a Reese’s Tree, and the one on the right holds a full size Kit Kat. The great thing about these wraps is that they are made from a rectangle, and there is no extra cutting of flaps – that makes them very easy!
Here’s a better look at the Kit Kat wrap. The base is Starry Sky cardstock, and I have decorated with the Snowflake Specialty Vellum and the Sweet Gingerbread Bundle.
The cardstock measures 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″. The 8 1/2″ side is scored at 2 3/4″, 3 3/8″, 6 1/8″ and 6 3/4″. The 5 1/2″ side is scored at 5/8″ and 4 7/8″. The vellum measures 4″ x 8″, scored at 2 1/8″, 2 3/4″, 5 1/2″ and 6 1/8″.
I am posting pictures and dimensions here for easy reference. Please refer to the video at the end of the post for full instructions.
This wrap uses a 6″ square of designer paper as the base. It is scored at 2″, 2 3/4″, 4 3/4″ and 5 1/2″ in one direction, and 1/2″, 1″, 5″, and 5 1/2″ in the other direction.
The ends are pinched closed and either adhered or tied together. I did a more extensive post on this kind of favor here.
I hope you will try these projects in your favorite theme – they are great for any occasion!

I am a little behind in getting my Facebook Live projects posted here (these are from last month!), but I definitely don’t want to overlook this little gem. I love an easy gift card holder this time of year!
I made it in two different color schemes, using the North Pole Sacks as my base. Each sack is scored 2 1/4″ from the bottom edge. The bottom is turned up to make a pocket for the gift card, and the belly band (1 1/2″ x 9″) holds the sides together. So easy, and also easy to decorate when you use a punch bundle as I have here – mine use our Handmade Wishes bundle.
The insert card is a piece of Basic White, 3 1/4″ x 3 3/4″, mounted on cardstock, 3 1/2″ x 4″.
I also shared this 8″ square design for a shadowbox frame. I CASEd this project from a teammate, Debbie D’Aurelio, who had made a smaller version. Find full details in the video at the end of the post. I took a picture of the framed versions, but the shadows in the shadowbox are distracting!
Check out the Facebook Live video that shows both the gift card holders and shadowboxes here…

I flashed these cards on a recent Facebook Live, and meant to post them here as well. The Framed Florets bundle is an early release from our upcoming mini catalog, but the coordinating products are only while supplies last through January 4!
Besides the beautiful stamps, dies, and paper, I also want to point out the versatile ribbon. It’s our White 1/4″ Crinkled Seam Binding. It is so easy to color with our Blends, as I have done here with Balmy Blue. It makes a very mailable bow (even a double!!), and you don’t have to worry about wrinkles since the full length is crinkled! I think that’s the key – you have to think of it as crinkled, not wrinkled!
I just love the frames created by the various ovals, and the greetings are fabulous! See the full collection below…
If you love this whole collection, it is cheaper to join than to purchase this as a customer, with this as one of the items you choose in your $125 Starter Kit. You can choose the collection for $97.50 plus an additional $27.50 worth of product for $99 + tax, and shipping is free.

Before I get to last night’s Facebook Live projects, I want to share some early release news – the Framed Florets bundle will be available in our upcoming January-June 2023 Mini Catalog. However, the coordinating products are only while supplies last between now and January 4!

I used the beautiful Framed & Festive greetings on two of my cards last night…
This is a variation of the tag card I showed earlier this year (click here for that post). I added a flip element to that card. The circle has a greeting on the front that flips to reveal the inner greeting as the card is opened.
The circle greeting is also on a flip element here.
These are really fun to make! The dimensions are as follows…
Cardstock Base 4 1/4″ x 11″, scored at 4″, 6 3/4″
Designer Paper 3 3/4″ x 4″, 2 1/2″ x 4″ and 1 1/2″ x 4
Basic White 4″ x 4″
I modified these dimensions for the next group of cards, simply changing the location of the z-fold….
These are made with the stamp set Seal of Approval, and the front panel is wider, leaving less designer paper exposed at the right side.
Dimensions for this version are as follows…
Cardstock Base 4 1/4″ x 11″, scored at 4 1/2″, 7 1/4″”
Designer Paper 4 1/4″ x 4″, 2 1/2″ x 4″ and 1″ x 4
Basic White 3 1/2″ x 4″
The card at top left opens as shown below, with no flip element, just a greeting that spans over both sections of the card front.
On the other two samples, I used a die from Stitched Rectangles to make the greeting a flip element.

The large leaf and seedlings stamp from the Soft Seedlings set is a great focal point for a seasonal card. I used a dauber to add Merry Merlot to the stamp after inking it with Mango Melody. The leaves on the background mat are created with the Leaf Fall 3D embossing folder.
The beautiful greetings are also a part of this set. I stamped my greetings on strips of Basic White and trimmed the ends with the Handmade Tag Punch.
