Detailed with Love

I’ve been so focused on the pretty new bright colors that I haven’t posted anything with this gorgeous new color – Merry Merlot!  It will be very merry in our holiday projects, but we shouldn’t forget it in the meantime.  It is so rich and beautiful!

The stamps are from “Detailed with Love”, a set that is bundled with the corner punch I have used here on the rectangular piece.  The pretty strip of paper over the ribbon is from the Delightfully Detailed Laser-Cut Specialty collection and the background designer paper is from the Tranquil Textures collection.

And the good news is…all of these new products are now available!  Would you like an Annual Catalog?  If you don’t already have a Demonstrator, I would be happy to send you one at no cost.  Email me at stampyourworld@gmail.com to request one.

Have a great Monday!

Garden Impressions Class To Go

The stamps and thinlits in this bundle are so pretty and versatile…and the paper, oh my!!  For the cost of the bundle and shipping, you will have the supplies you need to make six great cards (two each of three designs).

Garden Impressions Cards

Happy Thursday!  I have pictures and details from last night’s Facebook Live to share today.  I have also added details of my Garden Impressions Class To Go here.  Please note that if you are placing your own order for the bundle to receive this class, it is not available until Friday, June 1 (noon MT at the latest).

Our first card was this fun fold that includes a greeting from “Perennial Birthday”.  Dimensions are as follows:

Night of Navy 4 1/4″ x 8 1/2″, scored at 5 1/2″

Night of Navy 3 1/2″ x 3 1/2″

Soft Seafoam 3 1/4″ x 3 1/4″

Designer Paper 3″ x 3″

Whisper White 4″ x 5 1/4″

Crushed Curry and Vellum for die cuts

I showed these two very simple Petal Pink cards.  Above, I used the full floral die cut as my background, and below, I embossed a mat piece with the same die cut.

We made these cards with an embossed 4″ x 5 1/4″ Blueberry Bushel mat.  The designer paper measures 1 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, and I have used the largest stitched square with a scalloped square mat.

This may be my favorite, thanks to its simplicity and bright color.  I used Flirty Flamingo and Melon Mambo for the flowers, Lemon Lime Twist and Granny Apple Green for the stems, and Blueberry Bushel for the greeting.

Only a few more hours to wait…products from the 2018-2019 Annual Catalog will be available in the online store by noon MT tomorrow, June 1!  Customers spending $35 or more will receive a special gift from me, and orders over $50 also qualify for a Buckeye Point in my Loyalty Rewards Program.  I appreciate your business!

Embossing Mats

The Springtime Impressions Thinlits are a new favorite of mine.  I cut a butterfly here, but I also used the larger detailed flower die to emboss the Soft Seafoam circle.

Placing the cardstock and die over our new Embossing Mats gives this pretty result.  All of the products used on this card are from the Garden Impressions Suite in the upcoming 2018-2019 Annual Catalog, and they will be available very soon now!  The store will be updated by noon MT on June 1.

I have a few reminders for you as June 1 approaches…

I will order product for all of my paid Product Shares on June 1.  If you would like to join a share, please contact me asap so I can send a Paypal invoice.  Click here for details.

Please contact me at stampyourworld@gmail.com if you would like a 2018-2019 Annual Catalog.  I would love to be your Demonstrator!

The Retiring Lists and discounts are shown below – all of these items are available while supplies last, and they will be removed from the store after May 31.  Note that carryover products that are currently available in a bundle will not be available as a bundle in the new catalog.  Products are only bundled at a discount in the first catalog in which they appear.  Shop now to take advantage of bundle pricing.

Memorial Day

Our country remembers its heroes today.  Saying “thank you” seems so inadequate when thinking of the tremendous sacrifices that are made by individuals and families in the service of our country.  I have the greatest respect for them, and I am grateful.  I also absolutely love to see the red, white and blue everywhere – such a classic and meaningful combination.

I have recently sorted out all of my red, white and blue papers, and I set them aside to use on the cards I make for a local group of Blue Star Mothers.  I am making a group of these diagonal cut cards over the holiday weekend, using my stash of Cherry Cobbler and Night of Navy.

See the scalloped stripe in this group?  It was from my Christmas stash.  Between the Cherry Cobbler prints and Real Red prints, there are so many red/white combinations in our retired Christmas papers.  I also have a nice group of Dapper Denim papers in my patriotic collection.

The star bundle that I used is retired, but it works perfectly with this diagonal cut layout.  To make this diagonal cut card, simply score a sheet of 8 1/2″ x 11″ cardstock in half each way, and then cut it diagonally.  The designer papers are 4″ x 5 1/4″ pieces, cut diagonally.

If you would like to donate cards to a Blue Star Mothers group, please contact me at stampyourworld@gmail.com.  I donate mine through one of the gals in my club, and I know they always need cards.  I would be happy to arrange to get your cards into the right hands.

Happy Memorial Day!

The New Brights

There are six new colors coming to the Brights Collection, and I could think of no better stamp set to showcase them than “Bubble Over”.  These pop bottles remind me of my childhood, when we got Cotton Club flavors in 16 oz glass bottles.

Of the six new colors, three are returning favorites, and three are new to us.  The new colors are Granny Apple Green, Mango Melody, and Gorgeous Grape.  The returning colors are Coastal Cabana, Poppy Parade, and Flirty Flamingo.  They are all represented here.

The chart below shows the new color collections…all of the new colors will be available Friday, June 1!

In Color Beach Bags…and More!

Today I am posting pictures and details from last night’s Facebook Live.  We made bright and fun projects with our new In Color collection.  These Beach Bags were our first project.  They are gift card holders – they are so appropriate for summer, and I also had end-of-year teacher gifts in mind when I designed these.  They are very simple to make.

Dimensions are as follows:

Cardstock Base 4″ x 11″, scored at 4″, 5 1/2″, and 7″

Designer Paper 4″ x 4″ (striped) and 4″ x 1/2″, 4″ x 1 3/8″ (dotted)

Whisper White 3 3/4″ x 3 3/4″

Cardstock Handles cut with 1 3/8″ circle and 2 3/8″ stitched circle

The sunglasses are made with “Pocketful of Sunshine” and the coordinating framelits.  The tag was stamped with stamps from “Tabs for Everything”.

We also used the same base piece to make this project look like a wrapped present…

The base is the same, but we have added a 4 1/4″ x 3″, scored at 1 1/2″, box lid instead of circular handles.  This folded lid piece is attached to the back of the present.  The front of the lid piece is covered with a 1 1/2″ x 4 1/4″ piece of designer paper.

The “ribbon” is made from 1/2″ strips of cardstock.  These strips are 1 1/2″ long on the lid, and 4″ long on the base.  The bow is made from two die cut flowers from the Sunshine Wishes Thinlits.

All of the stamped images and greetings on this version of my gift card holder are from “Picture Perfect Birthday”.

We also made these cards, each from a half sheet of 8 1/2″ x 11″ cardstock, scored in half each way, and then cut diagonally.

This is a really fun and different layout…but so easy!  Again, I am using “Picture Perfect Birthday”.

If you need more details, please don’t hesitate to ask, or refer back to the Facebook Live video from last night (May 23).

The upcoming 2018-2020 In Colors are so fun and bright, and the stamp pads are available to customers now in a bundle as part of the Share What You Love promotion.  Details of the preorder bundles can be seen in the flyer below.

Springtime Impressions Thinlits

I can’t say enough good things about the Garden Impressions Suite in the upcoming 2018-2019 Annual Catalog!  It is pretty and happy like a garden party!  I CASEd Kelly Kent to make these three cards that focus attention on the pretty floral die in the suite.

We made this version in our Team Meeting last night using Blueberry Bushel on Powder Pink.  I did use a greeting from a different set (Perennial Birthday) because I wanted a birthday sentiment.

This one uses Calypso Coral on Soft Seafoam (love, love, love this new color!!) . Each of the designer paper pieces measures 3″ x 4″.

And finally, Powder Pink on Melon Mambo.  These papers are chock-full of great colors and patterns to make your cardmaking easy!

I have another post on this suite here, with three different layouts that I presented on Facebook Live two weeks ago.  I will offer an online class with the purchase of this bundle in June.  In the meantime, I hope you can join me tonight – Facebook Live will celebrate our new In Colors.

Love this bundle?  Check out the Class To Go.

Large Letters GRAD Card

It’s that time of year, and the Large Letters Framelits come in handy once again!  I have also used the “congrats” thinlit from the Sunshine Wishes Thinlits.  The designer paper is from this year’s Sale-a-bration Bubbles & Fizz collection.

At $99, the Large Letter Framelits that I used here are an investment, but they are so useful.  Did you know that you could get them in a Starter Kit along with an additional $26 of product for $99 + tax (shipping is included)?  Or maybe tell your loved ones about them for an upcoming birthday 🙂

Please don’t hesitate to contact me at stampyourworld@gmail.com if you have any questions about purchasing a Starter Kit – I always like to suggest it as a way to get more for your money when considering a big ticket item or a big wish list. I would love to set up a call to discuss this with you.  As an added bonus, if you join in May, you can preorder from the upcoming 2018-2019 Annual Catalog at a discount.  All orders placed as a Demo are at least 20% off.

Have a great Monday!
